Which size should I choose?

 

As we stock from a variety of providers, we try our best to provide information on the accuracy of sizes.

Please see our size chart to see the XS-4XL size conversion.

Many sizes are accurate to 'general' modern UK sizes but, this may vary on cut, shape and material of the product.

What payment methods do you take?

 

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and debit cards and that payment will be debited from your account at the time that your order is placed by Paypal. We also take payments from Paypal.

Is it safe to use my card details online?

We use Paypal to ensure that your card details are securely protected, so fret not your information is in safe hands.

 

My Favourite Styles Aren't In Stock, When Will They Be Back In Stock?

 

Unfortunately, from time to time certain styles in certain sizes will appear out of stock, this is due to the popular demand of certain products. We always endeavour to have enough stock to satisfy the needs of our consumers but occasionally this isn't possible. We are always happy to inform you when products have been restocked and will strive to find your style or suggest an alternative as soon as they can.

I have seen a product I like from another shop, are you able to stock it for me?

 

We always try our best to help customers out. If you have seen an item you like from another provider, we will try our best to see if we can stock it for you and advise you of a sale price.

Where does Pixierays ship to?

 

We mainly deliver to main land UK but, with an extra charge we could ship to Europe and other parts of the whole.

We are happy to send postal quotes before orders are made.

How Can I Track My Delivery?

 

Please ensure to enter an email address and a phone number when placing your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking link.

A text message and or email should be sent to you form the delivery company to inform you of when your parcel is due to be delivered. If you have recently placed an order and you think it is overdue, please contact us at info@pixierays.com and we will reply to your email as soon as we can.
